1. What this service is

Pinzivo provides free browser-based tools that retrieve publicly available media from Pinterest when you supply a link. It is provided as-is, without charge, and without any account or contract between us.

2. Personal use

These tools are intended for personal, non-commercial use — saving something for your own reference, offline viewing, or private archive.

They are not licensed for scraping at scale, for building a competing service, for republishing collections of other people’s work, or for any automated or bulk access outside the tools’ normal operation on this site.

3. Copyright is your responsibility

This is the important one.

Downloading a file does not transfer any rights in it. Everything you retrieve through this site belongs to whoever created it, and possibly to Pinterest under its own terms as well.

You are solely responsible for what you do with anything you download. Before republishing, distributing, modifying or using any downloaded content commercially, it is your responsibility to confirm you have permission from the rights holder. If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, assume it is not.

We do not review, approve or monitor what anyone downloads, and we cannot grant you rights that are not ours to give.

4. Pinterest’s own terms

Your use of Pinterest remains governed by Pinterest’s terms of service, independently of anything here. Using a third-party tool to retrieve content may be restricted by those terms. It is your responsibility to read them and to decide whether your use complies. We make no representation on the point.

5. No affiliation with Pinterest

pinzivo.com is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Pinterest, Inc. in any way.

“Pinterest” and all related names, marks and logos are the property of Pinterest, Inc. They are used on this site only descriptively, to identify the platform these tools work with. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Private content

The tools only reach content Pinterest serves publicly. Attempting to use this site to access private boards, protected accounts, or any material you are not entitled to view is not permitted, and no functionality here is designed to make it possible.

7. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of uptime, continuity or results.

Pinterest may change how it serves content at any time, without notice, and doing so may break some or all of these tools temporarily or permanently. Individual pins may fail for reasons entirely outside our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time.

You should not rely on this site as your only means of preserving anything you consider important.

8. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site — including lost data, lost files, missed deadlines, or any claim brought against you by a rights holder in connection with content you downloaded.

Because the service is free, any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you have paid to use it, which is nothing.
