Broken pins, bug reports and anything else about Pinzivo.

Questions, bug reports and broken links all go to the same place. There is one person reading these, so please be specific — it genuinely speeds things up.

Reporting a pin that will not download

This is the most useful message you can send. Pinterest changes how it serves content from time to time and things break here without any warning, so a report is often the first sign anything is wrong.

Please include:

  • The full Pinterest link you were trying to use, pasted rather than described
  • Which of the five tools you were using
  • What happened — an error message, an endless spinner, an empty result, or a file that downloaded but would not open
  • Your device and browser (for example, “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”)

That is enough to reproduce almost anything.

Copyright concerns

If you are the creator of something and want to raise a concern, get in touch and say so clearly in the first line. Note that Pinzivo does not host, store or index anyone’s content — it fetches files that Pinterest is already serving publicly, at the moment a visitor asks for them, and keeps nothing afterwards. There is no library here to remove anything from. Removing the pin from Pinterest is what actually takes it out of reach.
