Last updated: October 15, 2026
Pinzivo respects the rights of creators and expects its users to do the same. Pinzivo does not host or store the content people download (see our Disclaimer), but we take copyright notices seriously and review them promptly.
1. Who can send a notice
Any copyright owner, or a person authorized to act for the owner, who believes that something made available through Pinzivo infringes their rights.
2. How to send a notice
Email support@pinzivo.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- Your full name and contact details (email address and, if you wish, a phone number).
- The exact URL of the page, pin or link in question, and the Pinzivo page where it appears, if any.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your typed name as an electronic signature.
3. What happens next
We review each valid notice promptly. If it is complete and valid, we may remove the link or disable access to it on Pinzivo. If something is missing, we will reply to ask for the details.
4. Content on Pinterest
Pinzivo cannot remove content from Pinterest itself. To have a pin deleted at the source, please report it to Pinterest through its own copyright process.
5. False notices
Please send a notice only if you believe it is correct. Knowingly false claims can have legal consequences.
6. Questions
